Last weekend began our parish Grand Annual Appeal.  Many received a letter in the mail or had seen the insert in the bulletin two weeks ago.  I wish to assure each of you that 100% of all donations collected in the Grand Annual Appeal remains here at St. Mary’s.  This year we want to earmark the donations for three major projects.  Namely, re-caulking, repairing, and painting all the exterior side Church windows and lower windows ($35,000), masonry and roof repairs at the rectory ($20,000), and the full replacement of the roof at the Parish Center ($65,000).  Your contribution will allow us to do these necessary projects.  Each week, we will update you on the progress we are making and how close we are to our goal of $100,000.  I cannot express enough my gratitude to you for primarily praying for our parish and then supporting, with a generous heart, the projects that help maintain and beautify our Church and property.   Any donation is greatly appreciated.  May God continue to bless our parish as we strive together to answer the universal call to holiness.  The Gospel this weekend reminds us that we are called to serve.  Thank you for accepting that invitation from Christ.
