It doesn’t seem possible that we are beginning another Advent Season. This is a sharp reminder to us all that time moves quickly ~ and so must we! We have just over three weeks and then Christmas will be here. Advent will end as quickly as it has begun, so let us take stock of Jesus’ message in the Gospel today ~ be watchful and alert. Let us use these weeks wisely and prepare for the coming of the Child in the Manger. Don’t lose sight of the fact that we need to make the necessary preparations for His birth. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of these days. Please heed Jesus’ call to be watchful and alert. Stay focused on Him and don’t forget He must be a part of your Christmas preparations. After all, it truly is about Him!
