I wish to take this opportunity to thank all those who worked so very long and hard to make our Christmas celebrations beautiful and prayerful.  To those who helped clean and decorate the Church, your efforts certainly contributed to the beauty of our celebrations.  To Anthony, our Music Director, the cantors, and the choir, your gift of music and song truly helped us enter into the heavenly mysteries that we all celebrated.  The ushers and the greeters went out of their ways to assist those who were in attendance.  Our seminarians and servers were extraordinary in the manner in which they served at the altar during each of the Masses.  This Christmas truly was a celebration of our family.  Seeing so many come to the Church for Christmas touched a deep chord within my heart.  As I said in my homily on Christmas, the only think my mother ever wanted for Christmas was for the entire family to be together.  This year, seeing so many at the Altar, made me feel like my mother’s Christmas wish came true.  May God bless each of you.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
