As many of you may recall, last weekend’s chilling experience here at St. Mary’s, with the Church temperature reading 52 degrees and Mary Hall at a toasty 44 degrees.  This was the result of us being forced to shut down the boiler due to steam leakage and pipes that showed stress fractures from age.  In the midst of all this, we encountered some of the coldest temperatures to date this season.  We are blessed to have some remarkable people, who at a moments notice, stepped in and got us back on track with heating and plumbing.  I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Abe LaMorte and his team from Northeast Electrical & Mechanical Services who took over service of the boiler and got it up in running, and to  John Bayiates from Hellas Plumbing & Heating for fixing the issues with the pipes.  Both companies worked hand-in-hand to correct all the issues and concerns.  Please keep them in your prayers.  Again, my sincere thanks to Abe and John.  May God bless them.

Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Fr. Wayne
